“Artist”, “Art Collector”, “Visitor”, "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Museema's terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to Museema. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the yourself and Museema.

At Museema, we use other companies to help us get the job done. Therefore, we ask that you also agree to the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and any other User Agreements of these companies. Because apparel is printed individually, there are no product refunds. Email us at team@museema.com if you have any questions or concerns about an order, and we'll do our best to address any issues, and if appropriate, refund accordingly.
We are constantly looking for ways to improve Museema. Therefore, we may make changes to the website without notifying you. It is never our intention to negatively impact customers or artists with these changes.
By submitting your artwork to Museema, you allow us and our service providers to print, sell and place your artwork on our site. Further, you will allow us to use your art for advertisement and promotional purposes. You are the owner of the art and we will work hard to remain transparent in what we do. Keep in mind, this is the goal of our website, to sell your art!
In order to post on Museema, you must be the sole owner of the art and have the rights to post it. Please do not use the artwork of others or art that you do not have the rights to.
Selling art can be challenging. Therefore, Museema reserves the rights to set prices on all products sold on the site. Further, Museema is not responsible for the success or failure of art posted on the site. If you are not happy with the way your art is selling, please remove the content using our website or contact us to have your art removed.
You may end your relationship with Museema at any time. You can do this by using the delete functionality on our site or reaching out to us directly at team@museema.com. We will withdraw your Artwork within 10 business days of receiving notice of your desire to withdraw your Artwork from the Website and pay you for any outstanding sales within 30 days.
You must be 18 years or older to use Museema. Sorry, but due to certain laws we can only have legal adults submit art.
Similar to many other websites, Museema uses cookies. Most of the modern-day interactive web sites use cookies to enable the retrieval user details for each visit. Cookies are used in some areas of our site, making it easier to use. Further, advertising partners may also use cookies on our site.
